'"It’s just that we had way too many three-and-outs," Bills coach Rex Ryan said. "I think we had five 'Ks' we call them. And so it’s hard to establish any sort of rhythm when you’re doing that. And then the first quarter, on defense, that team right there, they controlled the pace of the game, I think. That’s what it felt like to me and part of that is when you make teams go three-and-out, it's hard to establish a rhythm."'

'It’s not known if Watkins will miss an extended amount of playing time or he will try and play through the pain. If another surgical procedure looms, that could jeopardize his entire season.'

'The Bills played five different safeties and six different linebackers in the loss to the Ravens. Rex Ryan said after the game that he plans on using the entire roster. With some of the injuries they've had, the Bills employed a deep rotation on Sunday.'

'The Bills were held to just 160 yards of total offense on Sunday, their worst offensive output in a single game since 2006. The Ravens' defense proved to be a tough challenge, but Ryan thinks the Jets' defense the Bills will face in Week 2 is even better.'

'The Bills had no luck running the football in a 13-7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, so they could use all the help they can get. Gronkowski played only eight snaps, so he wasn't entirely to blame by any means. However, bringing back a lead blocker LeSean McCoy is comfortable with can't hurt.'
