'"When I hit (Gillislee) I stopped to make sure I could feel everything and that I could turn my neck without feeling any pain," Williams said with a smile on his face. "When I realized I was all good, it was a sigh of relief."'

'The Bills went through and gave their starting offense three drives in the scrimmage, twice against the first-team defense and once against the second unit. In those three drives, Tyrod Taylor brought his game right back to what we’ve grown accustomed to over time with him.'

'With linebacker Reggie Ragland sidelined and no timetable yet on his return, Zach Brown got the start in this one next to Preston Brown. He forced a fumble and looked real comfortable in this one.'

'“We have to get the swelling out of there before we know exactly what it is so, however long that takes we are not sure,” Ryan said. “We want to get some work done.”'

'We’re on the same team, we’re just competing, you line up in front of us, you gonna have to deal with us.'

'But the large crowd at St. John Fisher got to enjoy some extra autograph time on the back end of practice. They also got to enjoy some big hits from Aaron Williams.'

'"I really didn't know what to expect when I saw the hit," Williams said. "Honestly, when I saw him go to the sidelines, I was like 'Ok, this is it'. In my head, I'm talking to myself while the play is going. It was a cool experience. I'm glad I'm finally through it."'

'"We hope like heck Reggie will be available to us," said Ryan. "He is a heck of a football player. He’s one of those 150-tackles-in-a-season type guy. That loss would be a big one for us, but hopefully he’ll be alright."'

'“We lost three linebackers. We’re only down to three linebackers today for the scrimmage, the inside backers” Ryan said. “We are just so down and we want to make sure we are taking care of our players.”'

'“We are definitely concerned over the knee. We don’t have any specifics for you yet. Quite honestly we have to get the swelling out of there before we know exactly what it is. So how ever long that takes, we’re not real sure. With that being said, with a knee there is a lot of concern,” Ryan said.'
