'Goodwin lay on the turf for several minutes while being treated by trainers. And he eventually needed to be helped up by running back Fred Jackson before Goodwin was slowly taken to the Bills locker room.'

'The Bills did not escape the win unscathed. Stephon Gilmore (shoulder), Marquise Goodwin (ribs), Tony Steward (knee), and Austin Willis (concussion) all exited early. Aaron Williams and Stefan Charles were also banged up, but both returned to the field. Marcell Dareus (calf) sat out for precautionary reasons, according to head coach Rex Ryan.'

'The decision on who will be the Bills starter in game one against the Colts will be made by tomorrow. Rex Ryan said it’ll be done, but he is not going to announce it. It should be interesting.'

'“I talked about the problem I wanted. I think I got it,” Ryan said after the game. “But to me it’s not a problem. All three guys had a tremendous preseason and that’s all you can ask.
