'In total, the Bills had 66 of the 71 players on their roster present for the start of voluntary workouts, with cornerback Stephon Gilmore and defensive end Jerry Hughes being the notable absences. Gilmore is celebrating the birth of his child, while Hughes is getting married this week.'

'Gilmore recently celebrated the birth of a child, so that was likely his reason for not being in attendance. Hughes, meanwhile, is getting ready for his wedding this week.'

'"I don't think he likes or respects the stars. I'm being honest," McCoy told The Inquirer on Monday. "I think he likes the fact that it's 'Chip Kelly and the Eagles.'"'

'But McCoy wasn't talking geography. In an interview with NFL Network's "NFL Total Access," the Eagles all-time leading rusher indicated that the Bills had a more "NFL type of feel."'

'Incognito was the main focus of the 2013 scandal in the Dolphins locker room and it resulted in his suspension. On Monday he showed some remorse for his role in the bullying of then-teammate Jonathan Martin, who recently signed with the Carolina Panthers. He was suspended by the Dolphins in November of 2013.'

'"Obviously, happy for Rex," Mangold said Monday during a conference call with reporters, as the Jets began offseason workouts. "I'm excited for him and I hope that he does well, but not that well."'

'"I definitely have a lot to live up to," Incognito said. "Nobody's perfect. And I think the biggest thing is I've learned from what I went through, learned from what went down. And I've grown from it, so that's where I'm at."'

'“It was just so perfect from so many aspects,” said Harvin. “From playing with Sammy Watkins to having a dominant run game. I think me and Sammy can face a lot of single coverage with (Robert) Woods in there. There’s just mismatches that are going to be all over the field. When I looked at the special teams unit, those guys were in the top five last year, so I look to plug in there and have a lot of success. It was a no brainer.”'
