Offensively, they have a touchdown percentage of 46.7 that ranks last in the AFC and 29th overall in the NFL. On 30 trips inside the 20-yard line, the Bills have come away with only 14 touchdowns.’

‘Dixon also had his number retired at his old high school over the bye week, so his time off was more eventful than most. Meanwhile, coach Doug Marrone said the team came back with a strong practice on Monday afternoon.’

‘A 6-0, 187-pound Georgia Tech product, Sweeting entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2013 with the New Orleans Saints where he played in nine games. Sweeting, a native of Miami, FL, was released by the Saints prior to the start of the 2014 regular season and joined the Miami Dolphins practice squad. During his time at Georgia Tech, Sweeting recorded 160 tackles, one sack, five interceptions, 24 passes defensed, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.’

‘”I’m probably not a good person to talk about that,” Bills coach Doug Marrone said Monday when asked about the bunched-up conference standings. “We’re just looking at Kansas City. I think that to spend time looking at what’s going on around you right now is really wasted energy. ‘After practice, coach Doug Marrone said Williams is expected back on Wednesday but Richardson could be away for a little longer.’

‘Wide receiver Mike Williams and guard Cyril Richardson were both missing from practice on Monday afternoon because of personal matters, while defensive tackle Marcell Dareus was absent because he had an issue with his flight.’

‘Jerry Hughes will finish with more sacks than Mario Williams.’

‘In Buffalo, Couplin fills a roster spot left open after the Bills placed rookie safety Kenny Ladler on the season-ending injured reserve list last week. The Bills (5-3) are coming out of their bye week off and prepare to host Kansas City (5-3) on Sunday.’
