‘”We play in Buffalo, so obviously at some point the weather’s going to come and we’re going to have to be able to grind out a win running the football, no doubt about that,” Orton said. “I think the one area that we’re not getting a huge amount of production is in our play-action pass game, so I think obviously the more we can run the ball and have efficient runs that’s going to get you in third and 2, which we’re pretty good at. That’s going to allow us to hit some big chunks in the play-action pass game.”‘

‘November hasn’t been kind to the Bills in recent years. Since 2008, they are just 6-18 in November. Given how grueling the Bills’ schedule is in December, November becomes even more important. The Bills should have a chance to go undefeated in the third quarter of the season.’

‘The decision coach Doug Marrone made to bench second-year quarterback EJ Manuel in favor of Kyle Orton has turned the Bills’ season around. That may seem like an overstatement, but the Bills were in a delicate place following a rough loss to the Houston Texans.’
