‘-You’d have to imagine the Pegula’s like the way the defense is playing. Defensive Coordinator Jim Schwartz was carried off the field on Sunday. The former Lions head coach certainly had his unit ready to go and it was the defense that kept the Bills in the game. Marcell Dareus seemed inspired to help the cause. The defensive tackle was an absolute monster. Dareus finished with a career high three sacks. He was dominant at times as the Bills harassed Matt Stafford throughout the day and held the Lions to only 1-for-11 on third down and 7 offensive points. Granted the Lions Alex Henery missing three fIeld goals obviously helped, but the defense more then did it’s part.’
