‘Provo has a brief history with the Bills, participating in the team’s voluntary mini-camp in April as a tryout player. He played for Buffalo Head Coach Doug Marrone while attending Syracuse University, and signed on with the Baltimore Ravens after going undrafted in 2012. The 6-foot-4, 249-pound Provo has been a free agent since being released in 2012.’

‘”As far as the participation on who is going to play and who is not we’re going to think about it tonight,” Marrone said. “We’re not going to say anything as a staff. We’re going to wait to see where the players are tonight and wait to see where they are tomorrow morning in terms of whether they’re going to participate in the scrimmage and who do we want in the scrimmage.”‘

‘”What we do is give each scout a position group to rank and break down and that will help us when we get into that final cut down mode and first cut down mode,” said Bills GM Doug Whaley. “We take that information and review it. When the scouts were here this is how they ranked them and this is what they thought about them.”‘
