‘Adams is a Houston-based attorney who served as Young’s first agent in negotiating the five-year, $54 million contract the quarterback first signed after being selected with the third pick in the 2006 NFL draft by Tennessee. Peoples, who operates Peoples Financial Services in Raleigh, N.C., was hired by Young to be his financial adviser.’

‘Adams and Peoples were in charge of the athlete’s financial affairs during his five seasons with the Titans, for which he signed a contract worth at least $54 million. According to the lawsuit, Young has been left “in the unenviable position of losing no less than approximately $5.5 million while his assets were under [Peoples Financial Service]’s control.” Nearly $13 million more in “counter-withdrawals,” “debit memos” and checks are “untraceable” in Young’s accounts with the company.’

They said it was about six to eight, but I feel like I’m ready to be out there and will be moving towards that next week. I’ll be out there and we’ll see how things go, as of now they’re saying I’ll be out there to get some reps.”‘

‘”I’m just looking to catch a break, too… not literally” Wood deadpanned. “It’s been unfortunate. I’ve never gotten hurt in my life and then I had two major injuries. I had zero nagging problems when I got hurt Week 10 or 11 last year. I felt completely fine. It’s not one of those deals where my body is shutting down. I feel great. Each year I’ve come back in the best shape of my life and had unfortunate plays.”‘

‘Nonetheless, Johnson is excited for his return and is looking forward to getting some work in with Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick this spring. Johnson knows that the chemistry between the two will be pivotal to the Bills success in 2012. “It’s always important to get some reps with the starting quarterback…It’s June and it’s early but this is where it starts,” Johnson said.’

‘”I believe so,” said Johnson. “I’ll be out there and we’ll see how things go, but as of now they’re saying I’ll be out there to get some reps. While those guys are out there I’m in here running. It’s looking good. The progress has been real great.”‘

‘I think we all know the type of player he is. Terrence (McGee) is an extremely good football player and has proven that on the field in big ball games, he’s proven it. So I see Terrence as one of those guys that we’ve got to make sure is healthy and let him get as many reps as he possibly can. Hopefully he can play a bunch for us this year. That’s what we’re looking forward to.’
