It’s something where I can take what I’ve learned from my Pittsburgh roots and implement it here in Buffalo.”‘

‘”I’m not a Bills’ fan,” blurted out an older woman as she paused for a moment of banter at his booth. “I wasn’t a Bills’ fan until about three months ago,” Edwards responded with a wide grin.’

‘"Booker wants to help us reach our goal, and he’s a good friend to be willing to take the time to come out here and help," Watts said.’

‘"When they come back," Gailey said when asked when he’ll tell the three quarterbacks what the plan is.’

‘"He’s an amazing athlete first of all. Run, jump and change direction all of that was very good," Gailey said. "He went in and played as rookie. He started as a rookie. You don’t know how hard that is especially at offensive line. And quarterback and offensive line may be the hardest places to start in this league as a rookie. And he went in and did that and held his own. Now, he made some mistakes and you hope the second year he doesn’t make those mistakes. But he is really a very good athlete."’

‘LT Demetrius Bell (knee) remains on track to return for the start of training camp. "At one time it was a question of whether he’d make the first of training camp. I think now there’s no question he’ll make the first of training camp," said coach Chan Gailey.’
