‘ESPN.com on Wednesday reported that Bills chief operating officer Russ Brandon traveled to Denver and spent seven hours meeting with Shanahan on Monday night and Tuesday morning. Shanahan was quoted as saying he had “an excellent meeting.”‘

‘Former Denver Broncos coach Mike Shanahan met for seven hours Monday night and Tuesday morning in Denver with Buffalo Bills chief operating officer Russ Brandon.’

‘A person familiar with the injury tells The Associated Press that Wood isn’t expected to return to Buffalo until Thursday. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because the team has not updated the player’s status since Monday.’
