‘Dick Jauron may have lost this team after this debacle. Alex Van Pelt has now had no answers on how to the move ball two weeks in a row. Perry Fewell had no answers for the wildcat. It was like they were seeing it for the first time. Bobby April is no longer a genius. His unit is below average.’

‘The sad thing is, right now, there’s no alternative for the Bills offense. Just cook up another batch of garbage soup and watch your fans mow it down.’

‘This team is in turmoil and the coach may be losing them. Jauron would be a logic choice to be the first coach fired and you would think it could happen tonight knowing Ralph Wilson’s hatred of losing bad to Miami. Unfortunately for long suffering Bills fans he will likely survive a season that the team will be lucky to win five games in.’

‘The offense converted just one of their 11 third down opportunities in the game, while the Dolphins moved the chains on better than half of their 17 third down attempts. Buffalo’s offense struggled to clear holes against Miami’s third-ranked run defense and the Dolphins pass rush had good success, especially after the Bills fell behind on the scoreboard.’

‘The Dolphins’ defense pestered Bills quarterback Trent Edwards all afternoon, forcing three interceptions and sacking him six times.’

‘Trent Edwards completed 14-of-26 passes for 192 yards and one score but was intercepted three times and sacked six times for the Bills (1-3), who have dropped two in a row.’

‘The Dolphins came into the game 0-3 despite a strong running attack and an 11-minute edge per game in time of possession. Against Buffalo (1-3), Miami ran for 250 yards and mounted scoring drives of 65, 66 and 65 yards.’

‘”We know the odds are against us and we know they’re going to take their shots because they see us and see we’re inexperienced playing together,” added Wilson. “We have some good chemistry in that room and we’re just going to plug in these pieces and get the job done.”‘

‘But one reason for Miami’s struggle is that the Dolphins are surrendering a numbing 15.5 yards per pass reception, second-worst in the league and they’re also second-to-last in turnover ratio, at minus-6, a season after leading the league (plus-17).’
