When I was in San Francisco and Philly, we didn’t really have OTAs, but the last couple of teams that I’ve been with that’s when they started the OTA program, so I’ve been a part of those, and I have yet to miss one.”‘

‘Maybe it’s not fair to the Bills and their loyal supporters that Lynch won’t be available for such a critical period. But that’s on Lynch, not the league.’
