‘”We were kind of in the same situation last year,” Edwards said. “After we lost to the Browns, we were eliminated from the playoffs but we still had two playoff caliber-teams that we faced at the end of last season [the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles]. We fought ’til the end on those last two games last year, and we’re unfortunately faced with that situation again this year. Obviously we’d like to be going toward the playoffs. But that’s not the situation. We still have a ton of pride. We have a ton of confidence. The guys in that locker room are going to fight the next two Sundays.”‘
