‘”We don’t like to give teams 100 [rushing yards] for a game,” strong safety Donte Whitner said. “But [the Rams] came out in some formation plays that we haven’t seen, and then after that we pretty much took care of it. But you have to give them credit because they are going through a lot of things in that locker room and they came out and fought today.”‘

‘The Bills believe they are playing to a different standard now. They expect to win now. When a crisis occurs, they expect to surmount it. “We stay together,” said linebacker Kawika Mitchell. “When things are down, like we were in the first half, nobody yells at each other. ‘The staff is proving to be superb at second-half adjustments. Three weeks in a row the Bills have muddled through poor first halves, but then turned it around by tweaking things at intermission. This week both the offense and defense had to be fixed, and it worked as the Bills dominated the last two quarters. Dick Jauron again earns points for the way he keeps his team focused as they have refused to panic in the face of three straight fourth-quarter deficits.’

‘If McGee can’t go next week against Arizona – a team loaded with dynamic receivers – expect the Cardinals to gameplan at McKelvin.’

‘Although Trent Edwards completed just 15 passes, he made the most of the distribution. Six different receivers finished with at least a reception.’

‘Another game, another comeback, another win. Routine? Never.’
