‘A three-year NFL veteran, Greer signed a two-year contract that will pay him more than $1 million this season, including guaranteed bonus money. The Bills could have retained Greer’s rights by offering him a one-year tender.’

Losman’s development, because it will give the three-year veteran one more much-needed aerial option.’
