‘This is a terrific group of people. Very hardworking guys. They’re not afraid to work. Their effort has never been a problem. It’s not a problem in terms of their effort in preparation, their effort in the offseason. They’re very committed. Our problem has been execution and performance on game day, and again, the foolish errors. And by no means am I saying it’s just the players. It starts with me. I’ve got to do a much better job of getting them ready, and we’ve all got to perform our jobs better on game day. But I really buy into these guys, and I really do believe it’s a process.’
