‘Though seven years removed from a football field and a Buffalo Bills uniform, Pike, at 6-foot-5, and 280 pounds, is still surrounded by bodies in motion. He and his partner, Chris Derry, own Better Bodies Fitness Center in Fort Mitchell, Silverlake Family Recreation Center in Erlanger, the Kentucky Elite North Cheerleading teams in Park Hills, and since last summer, an aquatic park – Paradise Breeze – in Maysville, which was added to their lineup of all things physical and recreational. “We have our noses in a few businesses,” says Pike of their enterprises. “We stay busy, that’s for sure.”‘
