‘Re-signing veteran TE Ryan Neufeld was important because he gives the team much-needed stability at the position. The top two tight ends, Mark Campbell and Tim Euhus, are recovering from reconstructive knee surgeries and may not be healthy until the start of training camp at the earliest. While the team will likely add another tight end through free agency or the draft, Neufeld’s experience and knowledge of the offense are assets it could not do without.’
