‘Two guests, who police did not identify, saw Thomas with drugs and notified uniformed police officers on security detail at the hotel, according to a news release issued by Fairhope police Monday. The officers then contacted Thomas on the patio of a hotel room, where he had a partially smoked marijuana cigarette, according to the report.’
