‘If all the NFL players were put into a pool for a special draft, this list ranks the top 50 players in the league based on their ability. Pardon the street jargon, but here are what we’ll call the Phat Phifty.’

‘Pete Gonzalez appeared to have the inside track to assume the role of Buffalo Bills No. 3 quarterback after the Bills on Monday released free agent Tim Hasselbeck.’

They also signed 5 FA’s – RB Curtis Alexander (from XFL), QB Jack Hawley, punter Brian Moorman (from NFLE Berlin Thunder), and WR Chris Rosier & Corey Thomas. None have NFL experience.

‘Chances are good that at least seven games will sell out this season, thanks to rivalries and marketing.’

‘The Buffalo Bills will open training camp in the Rochester suburb of Pittsford for the second straight year when rookies and selected veterans report on Wednesday.’
