Marker McNair a game-time decision, Fisher says [7:21 PM]
AP reports: '``He's got a little less swelling in the ankle joint than he did yesterday,'' coach Jeff Fisher said after practice Friday. ``And that's the key right now, to get the swelling out of there because there's so much swelling and bleeding in the joint, it's not operating.'''

Marker The Bills Are All Healthy Minus One [7:13 PM]
WGR-AM reports: 'Williams said Willis McGahee once again practiced with the offense this week. Last week the head coach said he'd consider using McGahee for the first time all season. He didn't play on Sunday. This week Williams said, "I wouldn't go out on a limb and say that he'll play."'

Marker Moulds Returns to Practice; Moore Sits Out [7:00 PM] reports: 'Wide receiver Eric Moulds will be shown giving a tour of his home on "NFL Under the Helmet" Saturday morning at 12 noon ET on FOX in the Buffalo area.'

Marker Tops Game Ball Winner: Travis Henry [6:59 PM] reports: 'Q: Watching football as a kid, what was your "team" that you always tried to watch and wanted to play? Did you expect to be playing for the Buffalo Bills today? - Alex (Olean, NY) TH: The Buffalo Bills were my team. I watched them through the Super Bowl runs. A particular player I admired growing up was Emmit Smith, but the Buffalo Bills were my team.'

Marker Coach Fisher's Friday practice report [6:58 PM] reports: 'On Drew Bledsoe: Your rush approach is a little different when you’ve got a quarterback who is not as likely to take off and run or break contain and throw on the run. He could still move around. He’s a pocket passer and a very good one and he’s been making good decisions as of late. His success has been tied to the running game the last three or four weeks.'

Marker Bills' Moore misses second straight practice; Moulds returns [3:15 PM]
AP reports: 'Williams added that rookie running back Willis McGahee is unlikely to make his NFL debut against Tennessee.'

Marker Bills Defense Continues To Impress [12:11 PM] reports: '"We've got some good offensive teams we are going to play against coming down the stretch but our defense has done a very good job again this past week of not allowing a touchdown against a team with really one of the hottest quarterbacks in the league throwing touchdown passes," head coach Gregg Williams said. "That speaks volumes for our defensive pride. We're not allowing big plays. That's making the opponents' offense earn everything."'

Marker No catch: Tight ends embrace their role [8:56 AM]
Buffalo News reports: '"It's not about me or Dave or Ryan or how many balls we catch," said Campbell, who leads the tight ends with 25 catches but has been shut out the last three games. "We just want to contribute in any way we can. It's about team success."'

Marker Freakish challenge doesn't worry Sullivan [8:55 AM]
Buffalo News reports: '"I think you have to give credit where it's due, but I think a lot of tackles that go against him psyche themselves out before the game even starts," Sullivan said. "When you play a guy like that, you have to focus on your own technique. Of course, he has the great speed and long arms. But you have to worry about what you have to do. I just have to prepare myself physically and mentally, and then let my ability take care of the rest."'

Marker Fletcher's heart is soul of Buffalo D [5:17 AM]
Rochester D&C reports: 'This year, playing for a markedly improved defense, Fletcher won’t approach those gaudy tackle numbers, but he still has a team-leading 132 through 13 games.'

Rochester D&C reports: '“A little bit, I can’t lie,” said Kearse when asked if thought about joining Williams in Buffalo.'

Marker Sound of Miracle still echoes in Music City [5:15 AM]
Nashville Tennessean reports: 'Bills Coach Gregg Williams was defensive coordinator for the Titans at the time of the controversial play (the Bills contended Wycheck threw a forward lateral). When he moved to Buffalo in 2001, he hung a painting of the play in his home. A gift from Titans Coach Jeff Fisher, it stayed there until a visit from some new Buffalo friends.'

Marker McNair off crutches but doesn't practice [5:14 AM]
Nashville Tennessean reports: '''He's off the crutches so that's encouraging,'' Titans Coach Jeff Fisher said. ''He's hoping to play … We still have a long ways to go and he wants to play very badly.'''

Marker Titans mix up signals vs. Bills [5:13 AM]
Nashville Tennessean reports: 'Because the Bills may try to steal signs, Fisher said he could have as many as four people sending in defensive signals from the sideline at the same time, with only one providing the true call. Fisher said he expects the Bills to make similar adjustments on their defensive calls.'

Marker Defense has changed since Williams [5:12 AM]
Nashville City Paper reports: '“I think if Gregg was here, you would have seen a lot of the same changes. What you’ve got to do is adjust,” Schwartz said. “You have to constantly evolve in this league. There’s things people try to take advantage of; there’s trends in the league, different things that offenses are doing and different things that you have to take away."'

Marker Keys to the Game [5:11 AM]
Nashville City Paper reports: 'Buffalo needs this game to keep its skimpy playoffs hopes on life support. The Titans need it for peace of mind in the wake of last week’s four-turnover disaster vs. Indianapolis. If the Titans can reverse their turnover tendencies of the past few weeks, they should rebound, though it won’t be easy as Gregg Williams knows them better than most. Prediction: Titans 21, Bills 20.'

WGR-AM reports: 'Moore sat out practice with a leg injury and is questionable. Moulds is probable as he was sent home sick.'

Marker Titans defense first against rush, last against pass [8:07 PM]
AP reports: '''You don't ever want to be in your position as far as the secondary to get looked at as being the worst in the league. You don't want to be the worst in anything. But take it for what it is. It's just a number,'' he said. ''All that matters to me is the wins.'''

Marker Banged-up Bills offense finally showing some fight [8:06 PM]

Marker Bills Add Bonner To Practice Squad [12:09 PM] reports: 'Bonner takes the place of running back Nick Maddox, who was signed off the Bills practice squad to the Cleveland Browns 53-man roster.'

Marker Fans waver on playoffs, Williams’ future [12:05 PM]
Olean Times Herald reports: 'There’s an ever-so-subtle murmur that fans, adamant that coach Gregg Williams had to go as the Bills dropped four straight, think he should get another chance. After all, they reason, if the Bills win out, they would be 9-7 ... a game better than a year ago. The implication is that dismissing offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride, and possibly line coach Pat Ruel might be enough. But that conclusion is flawed.'

Marker Oh, Henry's running like a thoroughbred [8:56 AM]
Buffalo News reports: 'He needs 300 yards in the final three games to surpass last season's total, which was fifth-best in team history. It won't be easy. Check out the run defense rankings for the Bills' final three opponents: Tennessee: No. 1; Miami: No. 3; New England: No. 4.'

Marker Titans coach comes to Gregg Williams' defense [8:55 AM]
Buffalo News reports: 'Bills assistant coaches Jerry Gray, Kevin Gilbride, Les Steckel, Steve Jackson and Dan Neal all worked with Fisher in the Titans' organization. Fisher said the familiarity of the staffs is a factor. "You do have to remind yourself that there is some familiarity," he said. "Jerry did a great job while he was here and understands our offensive concepts, as did Gregg. . . . It's going to be interesting what approach all four coordinators take in this game. The key early is going to be our ability to adjust."'

Marker Titans coach defends Williams [5:20 AM]
Rochester D&C reports: 'While Williams is 17-28 as Buffalo’s coach, Fisher was 19-26 his first 45 games after replacing Jack Pardee late in the 1994 season. Like Williams, Fisher lived through dire salary cap issues and even a relocation process from Houston to Memphis to Nashville.'

Marker Tucker is right guard for Bills against Titans [5:19 AM]

Marker Bills run with Henry despite his broken leg [5:18 AM]
Nashville Tennessean reports: '''For the most part, I've left that behind me and most people don't even really ask me about it anymore,'' Henry said. ''I think they feel good about what I'm doing.'''
