Terrance worked his way up to a Southeast area scout. The southeast is well known as a prime talent area. He’s done a great job. Rick gave him a great recommendation. (Minnesota assistant general manager) George Paton as well when I called those guys. Every reference that (Bills assistant general manager) Joe (Schoen) and I called on said that Terrance has what it takes, he just hasn’t had the opportunity.”'

Peterman appeared in 26 games and completed 61.1 percent of his passes while throwing for 5,142 yards, 47 touchdowns and15 interceptions.'
