Marker Milloy Heads Home With Award [9:41 PM] reports: '“Personal, individual accolades will come. And the easiest way to get them is through the success of a team.” Milloy said. “There's more Pro Bowlers every year going off successful teams, teams that have winning records or whatever.”'

Marker Old college pals trade good-natured verbal shots [9:40 PM]
AP reports: 'With Bledsoe set to lead the Buffalo Bills (4-6) against Tobeck and the Seattle Seahawks (6-4) on Sunday, their friendship was evident when he was asked during a teleconference if he had any good dirt on Tobeck. ''I've got to go way back,'' Bledsoe said. ''He was a horrible roommate when we were living together. He was kind of messy.'''

Marker Mularkey has a cheeseburger solution to sustain Bills on road [9:39 PM]
AP reports: 'Teams traveling to the West Coast arrive earlier than normal in an effort to get acclimated to the time change. The Bills, for example, plan to arrive just after noon Saturday, requiring the team to add an extra meal to its itinerary.'

Marker McGahee almost back where only he thought he could be [9:37 PM]
CBS Sportsline reports: 'Willis McGahee never allowed that to happen. It took him 18 months to get back out on the field and take a hit again, that coming this past summer in training camp. It took hours and hours of rehab -- sometimes eight hours at a time -- just to get to have that chance.'

Marker Women’s Association Shops for Food Bank [5:05 PM] reports: 'The Buffalo Bills Women's Association is composed of the wives of players, coaches, and staff throughout the organization. These women pride themselves on the community work they do, and this past week was an example of their hard work. Sixteen women from the association got together at Tops Markets in Orchard Park to shop for those in need for Thanksgiving. They lined the aisles of the supermarket wearing their husbands' jerseys and throwing as much food into their carts as they could possibly fit.'

Marker Winless in Seattle [5:04 PM]
WOKR-TV reports: 'Seahawks 23 Bills 20.'

Marker Beware of the Bills [4:45 PM]
CNN/SI reports: 'They get a seven-spot hike, unheard of for November, because they came through for me and won my upset special selection, although I never thought that it would be their special teams that would give the Bills the win over St. Louis. I should have known they'd do it for their coach, Bobby April, as a sweet revenge for the Rams firing him last year.'

Marker Buffalo all too predictable away from home [4:14 PM]
Niagara Falls Reporter reports: 'Seahawks, 24-12.'

Marker Milloy Named AFC Defensive Player of Week [2:06 PM] reports: 'Milloy registered a career-high 3.0 sacks and nine total tackles in a 37-17 win against St. Louis.'

Marker Mularkey: Rams' claims way off base [12:27 PM]
The Sports Network reports: 'St. Louis also criticized the Bills' organization for not allowing the Rams to do an airline security check at Ralph Wilson Stadium before heading to the airport. Buffalo president and general manager Tom Donahue said the tunnel area leading out of the stadium is too small for security checks. He added that the Rams were offered use of the Bills' field house, but the Rams declined.'

Marker Bills Have Something to Prove on the Road [12:06 PM] reports: 'In order to be successful in the NFL, you have to win on the road. The Bills now play four of their next five on the away from home and fans should soon see which is the real Bills team of 2004, the one that beat the Rams so soundly or the one that was embarrassed by the Patriots. With games against Seattle, Miami, Cincinnati, and San Francisco the Bills should be able to score some points. The question is, will they?'

Marker Defensive Line Makes the Difference [12:06 PM] reports: 'When you're dealing with a lot of younger guys on defense, allowing them to get a chance to see adjustments on the overhead at halftime is beneficial. We have three first-year guys in the secondary in Terrence McGee, Jabari Greer, and Rashad Baker and those guys need to see film in order to understand how the opponent attacks our defense, as opposed to looking at photos on the sideline. It's not as if they play bad in the first half, it's just that the more a player sees something the more he tends to believe it.'

Marker Thanksgiving means football, family [12:05 PM] reports: Jim Kelly quarterbacked the Buffalo Bills to four consecutive AFC championships during an 11-year NFL career. In 2001, he was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, along with one of his childhood heroes, John Stallworth. Not surprisingly, many of Kelly's Thanksgiving memories revolve around football.

Marker Seahawks Game Preview [8:52 AM]
Bills Daily reports: The Bills head out to the West Coast for the second of three trips this year. Going out west is always tough for a team and what makes it harder is the Bills abysmal road record over the past two years.

Marker Plan to beat Rams dated back to '99 [8:52 AM]
Buffalo News reports: '"We had some success against those guys when they were at the top of the game, so I knew there were some things we could do in order to disrupt their guys in coverage to help us out," Gray said. "The best thing we have here is we've got a lot of good, young DBs that can cover. We've got two linebackers (Takeo Spikes and London Fletcher) that know exactly what they're doing when they're in nickel coverage and we've got penetrating D-linemen."'

Marker Wilson graduate earns start for Bills [6:49 AM]
Cherry Hill Courier Post reports: 'It took 10 games to crack the starting lineup, but better late than never for Rashad Baker.'

Marker Seahawks' Next Opponent: Buffalo Bills [5:14 AM]
Seattle Post Intelligencer reports: 'How much does Sam Adams actually weigh? They don't call him "Big Papa The Show Stoppa" for nothing. The Bills list Adams as 335 pounds. But the rotund defensive tackle was listed at 300 when he played for the Seahawks. He was probably closer to 330 pounds in Seattle, so how much are the Bills fudging now?'

Marker Flashback: Brooks, Bills Defeat Seahawks [2:51 PM] reports: 'While those were Brooks’ 37th and 38th career touchdowns, scoring his first was second-year tight end Lonnie Johnson, who had a game-high seven catches. "That in itself was a milestone, having finally come to the realization that I was in the NFL and having an opportunity to play for one of the best teams in the NFL," Johnson said. "And then to catch a pass from one of the greatest quarterbacks ever, in my opinion, actually solidified the fact that I was a big leaguer. It was just an exciting moment. I looked to it as being something that was going to lead up to even greater things in the future."'

Marker Sunday’s win was ‘special’ for Bills’ April [12:49 PM]
Olean Times Herald reports: 'Buffalo, unlike most NFL teams, puts two returners deep on punts because Clements and Smith are so talented. “Nate’s got a lot of ability,” April said, “and Freddie has handled the ball twice and had two big returns (he took a punt 70 yards for a TD at New England). It’s usually the returner (making the difference)."'

Marker Man in the middle [8:51 AM]
Buffalo News reports: '"I think Sam is playing as well as any defensive tackle in the league right now," said Bills defensive coordinator Jerry Gray. "He's been very consistent with his game. I thought he played well for us last season, but he's raised his game to a new level this season. If he keeps playing like he has, he'll get a lot of votes."'

Marker Mularkey disputes charges [8:50 AM]
Buffalo News reports: '"Based on what I watched, I don't understand his comments and I'll just leave it at that," Mularkey said. "I don't see what he felt. He's got his opinion and I don't understand them."'

Marker Willis McGahee Interview [8:20 AM]
IGN Insider reports: 'Who else on the Bills gets down on the Xbox and Halo 2?
WM: Mike Williams, Sam Adams and Nate….what's Nate's last name again? Yeah, Nate Clements. And out of that group, I got the skills. I got the skills to pay the bills.'

Marker Bills' security is on safer ground [5:06 AM]
Rochester D&C reports: '"That's one of the advantages to the way our games are done in all our stadiums (in the NFL)," Donahoe said on Monday. "There is some separation between the bench area and the fans and in some of the other sports there isn't. It's a much more conducive environment for trouble and to watch some NBA games, there are almost people sitting on the benches. It's not a good situation."'

Marker Can the Bills end their road woes? [5:06 AM]
Rochester D&C reports: 'The Bills' playoff chances are about as realistic as leftovers at Sam Adams' house following Thanksgiving dinner. But for that flickering flame not to get extinguished, the Bills have to win on the road. They haven't won in four tries this year, and now they have to travel four of the next five weeks to Seattle, Miami, Cincinnati and San Francisco. Can you say sweep?'

Marker Martz relents on Bills' blocks [4:46 AM]
St. Louis Post Dispatch reports: '"The one on Torry (Holt) ... I mean, it's legal, doesn't matter," Martz said. "Torry wasn't immediately involved in the play, yet (cornerback Nate Clements), for whatever reason, went after his knee. There's not much you can do about that, I guess. It angered me, but ... it's legal. The other ones, you know, what are you going to do? That's just the way they play the game. There's no more to be said, really."'

Marker Buffalo loss troubles Martz [4:44 AM]
St. Louis Post Dispatch reports: '“I didn’t sleep at all last night,” Martz said. “This is the first night in my coaching career where I didn’t sleep. A lot of things went through my head. The more I thought about it and looked at it, the more clear it became. I do know what the approach is and the course that we will take.”'
