Buffalo News reports: 'Many others teens I spoke to agreed that the Ralph is too isolated and said that having a football team in the same area as Coca-Cola Field and First Niagara Center would make Buffalo an even greater place to visit.'

Marker Buffalo Bills red zone offense needs work [1:54 AM]
Rochester D&C reports: 'Red-zone offense has been an ongoing problem for the Bills. Last year they scored touchdowns on just 34 percent of their penetrations, which ranked them a woeful 29th in the league. We practice every day in the 10 o'clock hour every day of the week. We're in here at 7 o'clock as far as team stuff. We have a lot of guys that are in here before then. It really is a non-issue. We have to go there, get ready to play and kick it off."'

Marker Antonio Gates, still a Pro Bowl player, presents tough matchup for Buffalo Bills in Week 3 [1:51 AM]
Syracuse Post-Standard reports: '"He's still got it, man," Buffalo Bills linebacker Nigel Bradham said. "It's actually kind of amazing to see him, I don't know, it's like he gets better every year."'

Marker Doug Marrone: Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson situations provide opportunity for NFL 'do the right thing' [1:50 AM]
Syracuse Post-Standard reports: '"I think it's a situation where the league, which obviously I'm not involved with as far as the Manhattan headquarters, but I think it's an opportunity for them to come out and be able to, whether it be from an awareness standpoint or a policy standpoint, I think it's an opportunity to for us to do good," Marrone said Wednesday. Marker Donald Trump says $1.4 billion bid from Pegulas was a 'high price' for Buffalo Bills [1:48 AM]

Marker Upon Further Review: Bills vs. Dolphins [1:40 AM]
WGR-AM reports: 'In the second half, the Bills essentially took the ball out of Manuel’s hands. The quarterback attempted 19 passes in the first half, and because his team was in the lead, he only threw seven more the rest of the way. His touchdown pass came in the second half on a YAC-friendly short crossing route that Watkins was able to run into the end zone from 14 yards out.'

Marker Bills on-field intensity significantly improved [1:39 AM] reports: '“We’re a team that’s fighting for respect, and when you’re fighting for respect you get like that,” said RB Boobie Dixon of the emotional edge the team has displayed. “You feel some type of way and you have a chip on your shoulder. We still feel like we haven’t got the respect we deserve and you’ve got to earn it. We’re just trying to hit the field and get the respect we deserve. You’ve got to keep the intensity high to do that.”'

Marker Bills see red over red zone inadequacies [1:59 AM]

Is 32 for 48 for 375 yards with two TDs and an interception. When the Bears bit on a run fake, he cruised around end eight yards for the TD.'

Marker All-22 Review - Bills/Dolphins [1:56 AM]
WGR-AM reports: 'Chips. Quick throws. Motion. It's common sense but if the QB doesn't have the ball, then he can't get sacked. Think back to Mario Williams debut against the New York Jets. No-name tackle Austin Howard kept him at bay. While headlines may have screamed that Williams was a no-show, the truth was in the game plan. A quick passing game is the most effective way to keep sack numbers down. Every little thing helps. From chips and quick throws, to motion that forces Wake himself to alter his read.'

Marker Bills' drought about to end? [1:55 AM]
WGR-AM reports: 'To that end, the coaches did a great job Sunday in opening up the Dolphins' defense. But I still have concerns about Marrone's game-day decisions. He admitted Monday to being wrong about what yard line the Bills were on at one point, and then he spent a time out to correct the error. I don't expect him to be perfect, and the Bills' record speaks well of his performance.'
