Marker Blake's foot could be deal-breaker [5:02 PM]
Shout! reports: Jeff Blake's right foot is the biggest question mark holding up a deal with the Bills. If Buffalo signs him, it will be facing a similar situation that it faced with Sam Cowart: the team will have to calculate the risk of buying a player's services against the possibility that this player might never return to the form he once had before a debilitating injury.

Buffalo News reports: 'Debating Williams vs. McKinnie easily could fill this space, but what's the sense? Marker Bills meet with Steelers' kicker Brown [5:13 AM]
D and C reports: 'Should Brown receive a contract offer from the Bills or Texans, the Steelers have seven days to match. WGRZ-TV reports: 'This could mean Price and Marques Sullivan will battle for the starting left tackle spot, although several factors could change that. Marker Some thoughts on Cowart, Sabres, Bonnies-Syracuse [1:29 PM]
Olean Times Herald reports: 'The reality is this. London Fletcher, at 27 (as of May 19), is the same age as the man he replaced and though he isn't a healthy Sam Cowart, he's an awfully good player. Fletcher is squat - 5-10, 240 - but a sideline-to-sideline defender who has a non-stop motor and a vocal approach to leadership as compared to Cowart, a lockeroom leader who did it by example.'
