Marker Bills Kick Off Training Camp [4:56 AM]
WGR-AM reports: 'The only other Bills injury happened during practice Saturday. The Bills right tackle Mike Williams was taken off the field with a back injury. Marker Thousands cheer on the Buffalo Bills at the Welcome Home Celebration in Pittsford [4:54 AM]
WHEC-TV reports: 'One by one players strolled the red carpet high-fiving their fans. Many of the faces were new to Bills fans but one face fans clearly noticed, quarterback J.P. Losman. The new starting quarterback even took some ribbing from team General Manager Tom Donahoe. “It's great to see all the kids and all the fans come out today we apologize we were a couple of minutes late because JP had to go buy a long pair of pants,” Bills GM Donahoe said jokingly.'

Marker Fresh Start for Bills [4:53 AM] reports: '"I think the Super Bowl is everybody's goal, I hope," head coach Mike Mularkey admitted the media as the players reported on Friday. "In this league, I'm sure it is. I'm not afraid to talk about it. I've addressed it to these guys. That is what we're shooting for. With that, we'll bring all the little things along with it. If we can get everyone paddling towards the same goal, everything else will fall into place - rewards and the other monetary things - we get those things by winning a championship. They know what our intent is going into this training camp."'

Marker Fans welcome back the Bills [8:28 PM]
WROC-TV reports: 'Since St. John Fisher started hosting the camp in 1999, thousands of people have come out each year to watch the Bills practice. Pittsford Town Supervisor Bill Carpenter said that with each year the event gets bigger and more organized, "I think it picks up the spirits of the community. The residents are really honored to be hosting the training camp. They enjoy having it here."'

Marker Tight End Pair Back to Work [6:01 PM] reports: '"It's just a long process," Euhus said. "Really there was no offseason. It was just rehab pretty much everyday. My wife and I got to take a short vacation (a cruise to the Bahamas, which Euhus says his wife 'shenagled' him into going) but other than that it was work, work and work. But you can see the whole process and now it's paying off. … It feels good to come back out and be playing again."'

Marker McGahee free of questions heading into new season [5:59 PM]
AP reports: '"I saw it in minicamp," Vincent said. "I know we weren't tackling, but we saw this guy buzz around, coming through holes, jumping over piles, running down the sideline pointing. You get the feeling that his confidence is back."'

Marker Parrish finds NFL life not so different from college [4:17 PM]
AP reports: '"When Roscoe gets his feet wet, we can put me in the slot and put him outside," said veteran Bills wide receiver Eric Moulds. "That will leave one of us in single coverage because there's no way they cannot double-team Lee Evans on the other side.'

Marker Morning camp report [2:56 PM]
The Stadium Wall reports: "The Offense squared off against the D for a twenty minute session of 11 on 11. It is safe to say the Defense dominated this session. JP was sacked numerous times (well...would have been sacked, he was never touched -- thank you Troy Vincent), threw a couple of really bad balls that would have been picks (Clements dropped two that I saw). However, Willis and the running game looked great during this time. But, it's difficult to say how much that means since it wasn't full contact."

Marker Losman gets down to business [2:22 PM]
Buffalo News reports: '"I'm very confident in him," said second-year wide receiver Lee Evans. "He's put in a lot of work time during this offseason, from working out to studying film. Buffalo News reports: 'Rosenhaus said the good relationship he's had with Bills President and General Manager Tom Donahoe over the years allowed the two sides to hammer out a deal.'

Marker It's all business now for Losman [5:12 AM]
Rochester D&C reports: '"Everybody has faith in him, and as long as he has faith in himself, I feel he can't be stopped," said McGahee, who returns as the Bills' starting running back after replacing the departed Travis Henry. "I don't think it'll take him long. J.P. is going to come along probably by the second or third preseason game, he just needs time under his belt. He didn't get much time last year, but he knows what he has to do. He has to step up, just as I had to step up."'

Marker Parrish avoids a holdout [5:11 AM]
Rochester D&C reports: '"I think you have to be here from the get-go," said coach Mike Mularkey, who is counting on the explosive Parrish to add some punch to his 25th-ranked offense. "Installation is faster than in mini-camp, especially for rookies with the pads going on and the tempo of practice picking up. Any time missed, even the run test, to me it puts a player behind. So it's great he's going to be in here, and it's one less thing we have to worry about."'

Rochester D&C reports: 'He inherited a team in salary-cap hell and was forced to make some unpopular player cuts to get the franchise back on a sound financial path.'

Marker Hunter's Hope Candlelight Ball [5:11 AM]

For us, it's more so making sure you do it the right way.” Kelly said. Kelly fells the right way, is adult stem cell research, which has led scientists to transplant umbilical cord blood stem cells, now a leading treatment for Krabbe Disease.'

Marker 3rd Annual Hunter’s Hope Candlelight Ball [5:10 AM]
WROC-TV reports: 'At eight years old, Jim Kelly's son, Hunter, has literally beaten the odds. Most children with the genetic disorder, Krabbe Disease, don't live beyond 14 months. "He's still on oxygen 24 hours a day, he still eats through a feeding tube about 100 times a day because he doesn't have any muscle control in his throat."'

Marker Bills Players Report to Camp for Duty [5:10 AM] reports: '"I expect it to be a little bit easier," Evans said. "You kind of just know what to expect a little more. You're not just kind of living day to day, not knowing what's going on. I'm just excited to get going. [I'm] a lot more confident. My role is defined a little more and I kind of know what to expect. I'll just be able to go into camp with a plan, to work on [certain] things to get better. I think that's the difference."'

Marker Transcript: Head Coach Mike Mularkey [5:09 AM] reports: '"I'm excited for JP only because of his work ethic in the off-season. It's been impressive and now it just needs to carry over and I think it will, I really do. He's such a competitive guy and I think it's our job to make him comfortable and confident as soon as we can. I think our offense will gel as he does. It's the coaches' job to make it work."'

Marker Transcript: QB J.P. Losman [5:09 AM] reports: '"I've been playing quarterback since high school and even then it starts a little bit. Then when you get to college, you're going through the same thing, how the quarterback compares things and the competing thing between two quarterbacks. That prepared me a little bit for last year with Drew (Bledsoe) but this year everything has changed. It just feels good to be back as the man, as the guy going into camp as number one. All those things make everything else a lot easier as far as all the criticisms and everything everyone's saying."'

Marker Bills opening training camp on Saturday [5:08 AM]
Olean Times Herald reports: 'These days, with multiple mini-camps, Organized Team Activities (OTAs) and some players working out at team facilities nearly year-round, camp has become much more concentrated.'

Marker Players Arrive For Camp, Bills Sign Parrish [9:38 PM]
WGR-AM reports: '"I could care less about J.P. Losman," said Adams. "I have to play Defensive Tackle and everyone has to play their position. You can all worry about J.P. Losman. I'm going to worry about sacking the Quarterback, which I don't do that often, and stopping the run which I do do very often. That's my job and that's what I'm going to concentrate on."'

Marker Losman has business-like approach heading into Bills camp [9:37 PM]
AP reports: '"I've been waiting for a long time, a lot of work in the offseason, for this moment," he said. "I'm as prepared as I'm going to get. I think my biggest challenge this offseason was to learn the offense. I think I did that. Hopefully, I can show it here in this camp."'
