The Sports Network reports: 'Buffalo had signed Owens last offseason after he was released by the Dallas Cowboys, but the Bills' passing game did not get off the ground after injuries forced them to play with several different quarterbacks.'

To be honest, before I decided to embark on this quest to turn the Bills around, I had the mentality of getting rid of everyone. After going through the Bills free agents though, I was kind of shocked to see that I wasn't jettisoning as many players as I thought. I'm also going to do my best in giving players their proper contract demands. Be aware that the majority of the players are RFA so I'll be just offering them tenders of one year. Pretty much those RFA don't have a choice because I own their rights. So they are going to have to sign their one year tenders.'

Bills Need QB - But Not in 1st Round [7:01 AM]
WGRZ-TV reports: 'So, it's the draft for a nose tackle, then either an offensive tackle or a qb, but if an offensive tackle like Russell Okung of Oklahoma St. falls to nine, then fine. Get him. Of the qb's in the draft I happen to like a lot in the 2nd or 3rd round, Dan LeFevour of Central Michigan. For most of these guys, I've only seen them on tv, but I've seen LeFevour personally against UB, and I just think the guy can play in the NFL. He's got the size at 6-3 and 230, is smart, has a strong arm, is mobile and best of all, is a fiery competitor.'
